I am an impact leader, speaker, strategist, author and the founder of Power Up Life Boss— on a mission to help others ignite their personal power and achieve greatness.  I am forever inspired by every client that I have worked with in my behavioral health career.  Through the years, I dedicated my life to training and providing support to professionals who assist those who are at their lowliest or weakest place in life.  The untimely death of a close friend, who was a healthcare professional that could not bear his own burdens was a catalyst in my journey.  In his final note, my dear friend wrote, “I was a therapist who couldn’t trust a therapist with my own issues…the helpers need help too.” This message was all the motivation I needed to fulfill the mission of Power Up Life Boss.

I strive to lead from a platform of excellence to encourage, empower, equip, and elevate!  My greatest enjoyment comes from spending time with family and friends.  Poetry writing, nature walks, watching game shows, and reading are my self-care pleasures.  Every day is a gift of life.  I am my greatest asset.
